Why I Chose to Continue Training in Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT)
Since integrating BBAT into my practice and my life, I have noticed profound changes. This approach calms me, helps me regain solid postural strength, and brings a natural fluidity to my movements. I feel freer, without accumulated tension, and this reflects in all my physical activities.
What I love about BBAT is its simplicity and safety. It empowers patients: they learn to know themselves better and regain control over their bodies and quality of life. This approach reaches people with very diverse profiles; those living with chronic pain, fatigue, psycho-social challenges, as well as adolescents and older adults. It adapts to a wide range of situations and diagnoses, making it incredibly relevant.
By continuing my training, I want to go even further in supporting my patients with concrete and effective tools. If you are looking for an approach that combines movement, body awareness, and overall well-being, BBAT is a training that transforms both the therapist and the person being supported.
